WE SERVICE UNITS FROM THE EMMA WIG COLLECTION ONLY!  These are units created by us with hair supplied by us.  

TURN AROUND TIME DOES VARY  

Our customers may book services such as 

• basic maintenance-shampoo and style- turn around 3-7business days
• color-turn around 7-9 business days 
• closure replacement(closure is included)-turn around 1-2weeks 
• wig reconstruction(take wig apart and put back together - turn around 1-2weeks

All turn around times excludes weekends and holidays 

Once unit is received and assessed, if additional work is needed you will be notified and additional charges may apply. Please use discretion when sending units.  We will not accept matted units.  They will be immediately shipped back to address provided with a Cash App or Apple Pay refund (shipping fee will be deducted from refund)
