Sales Policy
We strive to provide excellent products and service to our customers. All sales are final. All “Ready To Ship” and “Pre Order” purchases are non-refundable and my not be exchanged. All products, bundles, closures, and digital purchases are non-refundable. “Custom” unit purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements sent in by customer. In an event your custom unit does not fit; the purchaser has up to 7days to contact us (allotted time period begins on delivery date). Customer will be contacted to discuss possible arrangements, there are NO GUARANTEES and No Refund. If adjustments are agreed to be be made; the purchaser information provided will be used to send an email verifying accommodations with following instructions:
Unit must be returned in the condition it was received (Un worn, un-tinted lace, no hole, no rips, no tearing, no cut wefts or hair, no extra plucking of closure, no bleach/dye other than original construction, clean/no product, in original packaging ).
Once unit is returned (passing return guidelines) the correct modifications will be made. If unit does not pass return guidelines; unit will be shipped back to customer with no modifications or refund.
Digital Purchases are intended to be used by the purchaser only with NO intent to share content provided. Failure to comply will result to our team seeking legal actions
