Shipping Policy

At the moment, there is  no local pickup available, all orders are shipped/delivered. Please allow 1-7 business days for “Ready to Ship” units.  Allow 9-16 business days for “Per-Order” (both wigs and hair extensions) and “Custom” orders.  Purchaser will receive a tracking number once order has been completed and successfully mailed off.  We are not responsible for postal service delays, damaged, or stolen packages (please read All Policies)
