  •  Can the human hair units be bleached/dyed?  
    Units are categorized as “Virgin” “Human Hair” and “Synthetics”. Our units are made of quality human hair, meaning they can be styled using hot tools. But not all units may be bleached/dyed (virgin Hair Only).  Be sure to read description of each unit for details.
  • Do you make units that are out of stock or not shown on the site?  Yes!  Text (225)439-8649 for details 
  • What’s the difference between Ready To Ship units and Custom Units? Ready To Ship units are already constructed. Heads sizes 21.5 to 22.5 inches can typically wear these units.  This doesn’t mean the fit will be exact (there may be space), but units are constructed with adjustable straps and comb for security. Custom Units are created upon request. The unit is designed using customer’s exact head measurements.  Length, color, cut, style of unit are all chosen by customer.  

  • What are Pre Made Units?  These units are constructed by our vendor (same quality hair used as custom orders)  These units are one size fits most cap size. Due to these units can be worn by various head sizes, customers may experience additional space in unit (cap fit). But these units may still be worn Glueless since comb, and adjustable bands are attached inside of unit. 
  • How do I return  an item? All sales are final!  For more details, refer to “Sales Policy”
  • When will I receive my order using “Shop Pay”?Your order will be shipped after 1st payment is made.  

  • Is there interest on “Shop now. Pay later.”? No, as long as payments are made on time. 

  • I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that? We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to read details carefully before placing an order
